Boot camp and fitness sessions arrive at Sun Peaks

For people looking for a way to reinvigorate their bodies after the holiday period, boot camp style fitness sessions are now running at Bento’s day lodge, thanks to 1st Class Condition and Sports Nutrition owner and operator Kyle Rolfe.

Rolfe says that people of any fitness level are welcome, with the sessions tailored to suit all attendees.

“It’s not a military style boot camp (but) I’ll push you to your capabilities. (My philosophy is that) if doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you,” Rolfe said.

Sessions are currently held on Fridays from 5 to 6 p.m., and from January 8, 2013, on Tuesdays and Fridays starting at 5 p.m. Rolfe said he’s also looking at running morning sessions. Each session is $6 or $10 for two sessions.

For every $5 collected Rolfe will donate $1 to Adaptive Sports at Sun Peaks to help buy new equipment.

Rolfe will also be offering other services like specific diets, nutritional tips, and personal training programs that can be completed at home.
