Blazers support youth Nordic programs

The Sun Peaks Nordic Club (SPNC) is benefiting from the generosity of other local athletes through a grant they received from the Kamloops Blazers Sports Society - Sports Legacy Fund. The $17,300 cash infusion will go towards cross-country youth development programs in the greater Sun Peaks community in the form of seed money for youth-sized cross-country skis, boots and poles. With work done, it’s time to play on the Nordic trails

Anticipating a successful season on the trails, there’s been a lot of work done in the sphere of Nordic skiing at Sun Peaks from inside to outside, clinics to competitions.
