Tourism Sun Peaks (TSP) has unveiled its largest spring celebration with the AltiTunes Music Festival taking over Sun Peaks Centre Stage on Easter weekend, April 3 and 4.
The two-day event will feature live music, high-energy après and spring mountain vibes across the village, patios and slopes. Since its launch in 2022, AltiTunes has sold out every year and has quickly become one of Canada’s standout spring mountain festivals, drawing thousands for its blend of electronic music and alpine culture.
All programming for the 2025 edition will take place at the Sun Peaks Centre Stage, an outdoor covered venue designed to accommodate both producers and festival-goers.
Naomi Kerchinsky, executive director of TSP, said the festival aligns directly with the community’s long-term goals for events and tourism.
“Our goal has always been to create a venue and a profile that would attract large third-party event producers,” Kerchinsky said. “For us, this is a huge win in the right direction from all the work we’ve been doing in our long-term event strategy.”

Festivals like AltiTunes play an important role in supporting early and late-season visitation, periods when occupancy typically dips, she added.
“Bringing an anchor spring festival to finish the season off and build vibrancy across the village is exactly what we’ve been aiming for.”
With the addition of AltiTunes, TSP hopes for a strong end to the winter season, increased visitation and amplified energy throughout the resort.
