The Sun Peaks Municipal council introduced and passed two readings of the Animal Control Bylaw No. 0018, 2011 at the Aug. 15 meeting, with the third reading originally slated for September. Minor changes to the proposed bylaw document, none of which affect the spirit of the bylaw, required the third reading to be rescheduled to the next council meeting.
Council will read the draft bylaw for the third time on Oct. 17 at 7 p.m. in council chambers.
