Parents who are interested in exploring a Sun Peaks-based schooling option for their children are invited to an educational session May 7 at 5:15 pm at the Delta Sun Peaks Resort’s Alpine room.
Dean Coter, principal of the School District 73’s Distributed Learning Program, will be in Sun Peaks on Friday, May 7 to discuss the @KOOL (Kamloops Open Online Learning) program. This is an opportunity for parents to understand how the @KOOL program operates and to ask community-specific questions related to this program.
The @KOOL program can provide a flexible setup for students to pursue their studies through distance education and receive support and instruction from B.C. certified educators online.
