Registration is open online, and between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on September 9 and 10 at the North Hills Mall, for the Kamloops Adult Learners Society (KALS) courses.
Courses for the fall, 2013 include: Canadian Art, Children’s Books That Sell, Seniors’ Driving, Another Day at the Races, East European Roma, Social Media, Chaucer, Laptop Computer Course, Pin Embroidery, Great Stories from Asian History, Philosophy, Drawing with Coloured Pencils, Music Appreciation, Astronomy – The Solar System, News and Views, and The Meat Industry.
“Taster” courses of one session each will cover: Tai Chi, Declutter Your Home, Internet Fraud, Better Health and Wellbeing, Identity Theft, High Cost of Dying.
