Preferable rates are on until April 30
Season passes for Sun Peaks Resort LLP (SPR) are now on sale. And while the resort doesn’t plan on limiting pass sales like last year, staff is recommending that the public buy early just in case.
“Currently, there is no cap on the number of passes we’ll sell for next winter, but if you’re excited to join us for the 2021-22 season we encourage you to purchase your pass as early as possible to avoid disappointment if things change in the future,” reads a newsletter sent out by SPR.
The favourable rates available now are on until April 30.
As an added perk, those who purchase a ’21-22 pass in full are able to ski for the rest of this season with it.
The news may come as great news to those who weren’t able to get a pass for this season.
The mountain is set to close this year on April 5.
This marks the earliest time that SPR has put passes on sale, bringing the resort in line with other leading North American ski resorts.
For those looking to pay off their pass in installments, the resort’s free Best Buy Payment Plan is available.
It allows people to spread the cost of their pass over five separate payments.
The price of season passes are set as follows:
Adult (19-64) $1,079
Youth (13-18) $788
Child (6-12) $446
Senior (65-79) $898
Super Senior (80+) $446
University Student $788
SPR is offering a discount of 10 per cent for families of four or more. The discount applies to the five oldest family members (excluding tots) and all subsequent family members are only $100.
