The Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) has recently acquired two lots in Sun Peaks.
“The sale for the two lots was made in early May,” said Liz Forster, managing broker for Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, adding that the transaction took several months to complete. “It’s been a long selection process but we’re really pleased that they chose Sun Peaks.”
The lots are located along the East Village ski way close to the skier overpass. One lot is 13,671 sq ft and another is 9,148 sq ft. Both lots are in the Lookout Ridge subdivision of Sun Peaks Resort. There’s speculation that the lots could be used as the future location of a PNE prize home.
