Seven events sold out for Winter Festival of Wine

news-winter_wine_festival_1Seven events are already sold out and less than 130 tickets are available for the signature event of the 15th Annual Sun Peaks Winter Festival of Wine.

The signature Sun Peaks Progressive Tasting presented by West Jet takes place on Friday, January 18 and is a guaranteed sell-out every year.

The nine day festival kicks off in Canada’s Alpine Village this Saturday evening with a total of 29 wineries participating throughout the festival, including Misconduct Wine Co., Gray Monk Estate Winery and Quail’s Gate.

While several events have sold out, tickets are still available to many popular events during the festival, including the new event Wine Masters Dinner: A Blend of Canada and Australia, Taste of Sun Peaks and the Winetenders Cocktail Shake-Off. A new $30 price for Starbucks: A Taste for Your Senses has also just been released.

Sold out events include the Fort Berens Estate Winery Dinner, Port, Chocolate & Cheese: After the Après Social, Rocky Mountain Chocolate & Heavenly Wine, BC Wine Awards Tasting, Black Garlic Wine Masters Dinner, Mixology to Music and Bella Italia Brunch Buffet.
