It’s coming back to Sun Peaks — the Pacific National Exhibition’s annual prize home.
Like the 2012 dream home, this year’s house will be designed and built in Vancouver, then relocated to Sun Peaks Resort. The interior design will be done by Jillian Harris who first came to fame on the hit reality shows, The Bachelor and The Bachelorette.
“The Prize Homes have certainly evolved over the years, but the tradition has remained,” said Mike McDaniel, PNE president and CEO. “It’s quite interesting to see the evolution of the homes throughout the decades, and I can’t wait to see what Jillian comes up with this year.”
What is known about the home is that it’s a 3,000 square foot home that’ll be situated on Lookout Ridge. It will feature a hot tub, and pool table, and comes with a $2,500 grocery package and housekeeping service.
The home will be previewed at the PNE Fair in Vancouver during July and August, while the draw for the home will be on September 5, 2013.
The PNE’s a charity that raises funds for a variety of non-revenue producing programs spanning agriculture, community, arts and a large number of other local programs.
