Kamloops Rural RCMP were called to The Club night club/cabaret located in the Sun Peaks Village after a disturbance broke out inside the club at 12:55 a.m. on January 1, 2013.
Security removed those involved in the disturbance, but shortly after this a male with shaved head went outside and sucker punched a tall male in the head. The suspect was arrested and held until sober. The victim of the assault departed prior to police arrival.
Police are asking this victim of the assault to contact the Kamloops Rural Detachment as they continue this investigation.
