A sure sign that summer is gone, fall is here and winter is on the way is Autumn Bounty at Sun Peaks Resort. This weekend long festival of all things food, wine and beer kicked off this year with the Rocktoberfest event. Held at Club Mackdaddy’s this function was all about great local food, crisp local beer and soothing local rock tunes.
While the venue was not bursting with patrons, those that did attend were lucky enough to taste the delectable culinary delights of Delta Sun Peaks new executive chef Steve Buzak while sipping on several chilled and quenching varietals from Okanagan Spring Brewery.
The Spenser Cochrane Experience set the mood playing varied classic rock tunes while all thirst and hunger dissipated into the evening. Once again Autumn Bounty did not disappoint and a glass should be held high for all involved.
