Recognize the tunes “American Woman,” “New Mother Nature,” or “These Eyes”? Chances are good you’ll soon be able to hear them sung by the author himself.
Co-writer of these rock classics and former lead singer of The Guess Who, Burton Cummings, will be performing live with his full band in Sun Peaks on Saturday, July 13, at a free outdoor concert.
This concert marks the second year of major summer events planned at Sun Peaks. The resort community enjoyed success in 2012 with the Kevin Costner and Modern West show in July and the Mathew Good concert in September.
