As Tourism Sun Peaks continues to work to solidify the mountain as a year-round destination, summer events are lining the calendar, from concerts to markets. Theresa St. Louis, Tourism Sun Peaks events manager chatted with SPIN about what folks can expect this season.

While events in Sun Peaks are what drive visitation and make a meaningful economic impact, accommodations, local restaurants and mountain culture keep visitors returning, St. Louis said.

“We absolutely do have a focus on animating the summer in Sun Peaks… whether it’s Friday Live Music or the Sunday Market. There’s just a lot to see and do,” St. Louis.

Shoppers are encouraged to bring reusable bags for purchases.
