TOTA launches program to support tourism industry

The Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association (TOTA) has launched a new program to support and connect industry stakeholders struggling with the impacts of the COIVD-19 pandemic.

The BC Tourism Resiliency Network will see the British Columbia Regional Tourism Secretariat, Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, go2HR, Indigenous Tourism BC, Tourism Industry Association of BC, Community DMOs, and Destination BC will work together as TOTA pivots their efforts to provide direct support to the industry.

An introduction to the initiative will take place in a webinar held today, April 27, at 2 p.m. It will provide information about how the TOTA team has prepared to assist and the next steps in program participation.

Those interested in participating in the webinar or program can call TOTA at 250-860-5999 or register online.
