The Sam Roberts Band made their Sun Peaks debut as the opening headliner of the Summer Concert Series on July 8. Band members were mesmerized by the mountain landscape and wildfire as they played looking up at the Sunburst chairlift. Roberts and crew had the crowd on their feet, clapping and singing along to favourites such as Brother Down and Bridge to Nowhere. He wrapped up the show by taking a moment to jump into the audience and say hi to his fans before being sent off with a standing ovation.

From black bears visiting during sound check to Hall’s awe of the eagle, the Sam Roberts Band loved the wildlife they saw during the show.
